Job Title: Talent Administrator (Recruitment) Location: India Position Summary Dedicated Talent Administrator (Recruitment) supporting the APAC Talent Acquisition teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proficient in managing responsibilities within fast-paced, collaborative environments. • Strong operational and administrative skills • Thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers while serving as a strategic operational partner to Talent Leaders and Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs). • Acting as a liaison across stakeholders, providing consultative guidance on internal processes. • Manage complex scheduling logistics, support strategic initiatives, and drive operational excellence across the Talent Acquisition function. • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable to changing priorities, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities  Talent Acquisition Operations & Strategic Support • Manage and support all operational aspects for APAC Talent Acquisition teams. • Provide support on internal TA processes and best practices • Contribute to process improvements and employer branding initiatives • Provide operational support to the Head of APAC Talent Acquisition and Talent Leads • Collaborate on global projects across multiple time zones and geographies • Develop and document procedures related to recruitment, engagement, and administration. • Follow up and manage operational tickets via Smartsheet • Oversee vendor management activities • Process purchase requests, documentation for APAC teams. AI & Recruitment Technology Enablement • Partner with TA leadership to identify opportunities to leverage AI for workflow automation, reporting efficiencies, and candidate experience enhancement. • Contribute to process documentation and training materials related to AI and recruitment technologies • Stay current on emerging AI trends in Talent Acquisition and recommend operational improvements Events & Campus Engagement • Support Talent and University recruiting initiatives • Organize campus events, talent community engagements, and career fairs • Coordinate ordering and shipping of event materials and branded merchandise. • Prepare code for all events to allow Findem Campaigns to continue post event • Partner with the APAC team to support career events and community engagement • Organize, track and plan off-site events for APAC Talent Acquisition Team. Systems, Reporting & Documentation • Maintain and update Talent Acquisition documentation portal site • Manage shared drives and ensure data accuracy and organization • Post and monitor job openings on inclusive job boards and ensure accurate application tracking • Post and monitor job openings on LinkedIn • Work within Workday, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Minimum Qualifications • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably within Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. • Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment with strong prioritization skills. • Proven experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Experience using Workday a plus • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Experience supporting cross-functional and global teams • Strong ability to work independently and proactively • Demonstrated experience managing confidential information • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Professional, positive, “can-do” attitude with a strong customer experience orientation.
