Technical Skills • Strong handson experience with: • Intel EMA server deployment and configuration • Intel AMTenabled device management • OOB remote troubleshooting and recovery • Good understanding of: • Windows enterprise endpoints • Networking fundamentals (ports, certificates, DNS) • PKI and secure authentication models • Experience working with: • Intune and/or SCCM ecosystems • ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms • Familiarity with: • VIP / executive support models • Remote and distributed workforce environments Process & Operational Skills • ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management • Experience supporting P1/P2 incidents Understanding of audit and security compliance requirements Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
