Roles and Responsibilties • Strong knowledge in US Loan Operations and understanding of CLO- loans. • Should be able to interpret input and information that are necessary for making decisions about business processes. • Should be able to consider different perspectives, alternative outcomes or varying strategies to make sound decisions. • Problem solving skills to create workarounds to ensure successful mitigation of risk. • Should be able to direct and keep oversight of multiple teams of employees. • Experience of leading Improvement or Automation projects through Lean/Sigma methods. • Client and People Management skills. Should be able to motivate people. • Conflict management / Negotiation skills. • Ability to manage large data production and remediation projects. • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills • Open to work in rotational shift to cater the requirements • Prioritizing RUSH requests and volume spike. • r enced in doing process audits, updating procedure manuals.r
