**Role & responsibilities** Manage performance parameters such as Quality, Attrition, Unplanned Shrinkage, Schedule Adherence, AHT, FCR, NPS etc. as per set standards for team of 15-20 TSOs Attrition Management and Control Team Handling & BQ Management Shrinkage Management and Control Call Flow Analysis and Handling Clear Understanding of KPIs and KRAs Analytical Thinking &Decision Making MIS Reporting & Understanding of CSAT, Quality Score, AHT, SLA **Preferred candidate profile** Full-time Graduation.
