Shadowfax focuses on using technology, intelligent automation, sustainable mobility, and strong execution to shape the future of commerce movement in India. **Role Description** The Team Lead role at Shadowfax is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations for a designated team, including task allocation, workload planning, and performance monitoring to ensure delivery targets and service-level expectations are met. This role involves supervising frontline staff, providing coaching and feedback, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as logistics, customer support, and warehouse operations. The Team Lead will track key metrics, prepare reports, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role also includes ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and company policies while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. **Qualifications** - Operational leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising frontline or operations teams and driving performance against clear KPIs. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage conflicts, and provide clear guidance to team members. - Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical process improvements. - Experience in logistics, supply chain, or fast-paced commerce environments, preferably in last-mile delivery, warehousing, or related operations. - Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage shift-based operations, and adapt to dynamic business needs and high-volume workloads. - Proficiency in basic computer applications and operational tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, or logistics platforms) for reporting and monitoring. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field is preferred. - Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards, along with a focus on customer experience and service excellence.
