Summary We are hiring an experienced Team Manager - Cash & Position Reconciliation to lead reconciliation operations for a leading Financial Services organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cash Reconciliation, Position Reconciliation, Break Management, Exception Resolution, and Team Leadership within Banking, Asset Management, Fund Services, or Financial Services Operations environments. This role involves managing Team Leads and Analysts, ensuring reconciliation deliverables are completed accurately within SLA timelines, driving operational excellence, and supporting continuous process improvements. Job Title - Team Manager - Cash & Position Reconciliation Experience - 10 To12 years Location - Hyderabad Shift Type - US Shift Role & responsibilities • Manage end-to-end Cash & Position Reconciliation activities across asset classes. • Ensure all deliverables are completed within SLA and quality standards. • Review, investigate, and drive resolution of reconciliation breaks and exceptions. • Lead, mentor, and manage Team Leads and Analysts. • Monitor process controls, quality checks, and audit readiness. • Act as the escalation point for complex operational issues. • Collaborate with clients, custodians, fund accounting, and internal stakeholders. • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives. • Leverage reconciliation tools such as Intellimatch, Smart Stream, and AutoRek to enhance efficiency Preferred candidate profile • 10-12 years of experience in Financial Services Operations. • Strong experience in Cash and Position Reconciliation. • Proven people management experience handling large operational teams. • Strong understanding of Trade Lifecycle, Settlements and Asset Servicing. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. • Prior experience in Banking, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Hedge Fund or Custody Operations preferred. • Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with 30-60 days notice period are welcome to apply. • Willingness to work in a permanent Night Shift (US Shift) is mandatory.
