Team Sales Manager-Commercial Vehicle (CV)-Saral Auto-SA-Marketing Branches Operations Job Description Job Role: • Team sales Manager is required for Handling Tractor Loan “through direct sales team, Brokers and Dealers. • For Handling Team of 5-7 field sales executive • For Handling Yearly business approx.500-600 Tractors in a year (approx. 20 Cr). • Responsible for Tractor Refinance Business also, Team Productivity, Infant Collection (Early Default), Dealer / Broker Relationship. • Management, working on existing customer’s data, etc. in his area of Operation. Job Requirement • Team Handling Exp. – Team Handling and Business volume handling exp. Is required (Direct and In Direct Reportees). • Exp. – Minimum 2-3 Year Exp. In Team Handling / Finance Industry. Should be from vehicle finance industry – Tractor / Car / Two wheeler / CV /CE / Etc • Preference will be given from Vehicle Finance industry.
