Job description

• Handle walk-in customer queries and provide quick, effective resolutions. • Manage customer grievances received through multiple touch points and ensure timely closure. • Process policy issuance and endorsements for walk-in customers and internal stakeholders. • Perform quality checks on documents as per QC checklist • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality and procedures as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Monitor and ensure adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) for: • Policy issuance • Endorsements • Service requests • Handling Branch Admin activities • Reconciliations of all the transactions involved in day-to-day activities including Banking • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service efficiency. • Educational Qualifications Competencies Required: – Bcom • Good typing speed and accuracy • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
