Job description

• Should have minimum 6+ years of experience in software development environment Required Skills: • Good knowledge on SQL and Java • Working knowledge on AWS, windows servers tomcat • Working knowledge on REST/SOAP API • Familiarity to application design and architecture • Familiarity to automation testing • Ability to write business cases and test cases • Strong knowledge on MS office suite • Strong troubleshooting skills • Good understanding on Agile, waterfall methodologies • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Knowledge to ServiceNow and ITIL(Incident/Problem and Change Management) process Key responsibilities: • Work directly with clients to understand the business requirements • Create process flow and reports • Document uses cases and update SOPs' • Perform application/functional testing • Create functional requirements • Work with individual users on to provide support and training • Identify system defects
