Role - ECM Admin. Skills: ECM Filenet, IBM Filenet Administration Experience: 5-8 yrs Location: Noida. Job Summary - ✔ 5+ years of experience in ECM Administration ✔ Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet administration and support ✔ Expertise in installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting ✔ Strong production support and incident management experience ✔ Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and database concepts ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred: ⭐ Experience with IBM Content Manager, Case Manager, or related ECM technologies ⭐ Scripting and automation experience ⭐ ITIL-based support experience 📩 Interested candidates who can join within 30 days are encouraged to apply.
