Senior Gen AI with Full stack Engineer with 7 to 10 years experience TECHNOLOGY: LLMs, Prompt Eng., LangChain, NLP, Agentic AI, Python (A), RAG Build and deploy LLM-powered AI agents to automate and optimize new or existing business/product workflows. • Evaluate and compare LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG and AI products to identify the best-fit solution for each use case. • Analyze product gaps and recommend AI-driven efficiency improvements. • Design retrieval, tooling, and guardrails to ensure reliable, safe, and scalable agent behavior. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities. Create and deliver KT and enablement for teams to adopt AI agents effectively. • Monitor performance using evaluation metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement loops.
