Job Title : Technical Lead - UI ( Reactjs/Javascript ) Job Location : Bengaluru Exp : 11-15 years Notice Period : immediate - 15 days joiners Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – UI with strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong front-end engineering background, experience leading development teams, and a passion for building intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale web applications using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 . • Architect reusable, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions. • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers. • Build responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible applications. • Optimize application performance, security, and user experience. • Integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend teams. • Drive Agile development practices and participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions. • Stay updated with modern front-end technologies and best practices. Required Skills • 8+ years of experience in Front-End/UI Development. • Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 . • Experience with Redux, React Hooks, Context API , and state management. • Strong understanding of component-based architecture and responsive web design. • Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON. • Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn , and modern build tools. • Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library . • Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an advantage. Preferred Skills • Experience with Micro Frontends. • Knowledge of performance optimization and web accessibility (WCAG). • Exposure to Next.js or Node.js is a plus. • Retail or e-commerce domain experience is preferred.
