**Job Title : Technical Lead - UI ( Reactjs/Javascript )** **Job Location : Bengaluru** **Exp : 11-15 years** **Notice Period : immediate - 15 days joiners** **Position Overview :** We are looking for an experienced **Technical Lead – UI** with strong expertise in **React.js and JavaScript** to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong front-end engineering background, experience leading development teams, and a passion for building intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale web applications using **React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3** . - Architect reusable, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions. - Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers. - Build responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible applications. - Optimize application performance, security, and user experience. - Integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend teams. - Drive Agile development practices and participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions. - Stay updated with modern front-end technologies and best practices. **Required Skills** - 8+ years of experience in Front-End/UI Development. - Strong expertise in **React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3** . - Experience with **Redux, React Hooks, Context API** , and state management. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and responsive web design. - Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON. - Familiarity with **Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn** , and modern build tools. - Experience with unit testing frameworks such as **Jest** and **React Testing Library** . - Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. - Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an advantage. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with Micro Frontends. - Knowledge of performance optimization and web accessibility (WCAG). - Exposure to Next.js or Node.js is a plus. - Retail or e-commerce domain experience is preferred.
