This includes supporting the LMS, key SaaS integrations (e.g., Marketo), reporting and data flows, and custom operational tooling. You will work closely with programming teams, vendors, and firm Learning Technology colleagues to gather requirements, identify enhancement opportunities, maintain platform reliability, and coordinate delivery of technical improvements. You will help define and maintain the product roadmap for the GSR learning technology ecosystem, recommending priorities and enhancements based on user needs, operational considerations, and platform opportunities. You will help with major roadmap decisions, strategic tradeoffs, and platform evolution initiatives will be developed in partnership with and syndicated through the Learning Technology team to ensure alignment with broader firm technology strategy. Your success requires strong technical judgment, effective vendor and stakeholder coordination, and the ability to balance operational excellence with continuous platform improvement in support of the Global Social Responsibility (GSR) mission-driven learning programs. You will support platform performance, resilience, integrations, security, and vendor-orchestrated delivery while partnering across program teams, firm functions, and external providers to deliver a high-quality learner experience at scale. You will help define and maintain the technical product roadmap across the LMS, integrations, reporting, and operational tooling by gathering requirements, prioritizing enhancements, evaluating technical solutions, identifying automation and process improvement opportunities, assessing risks and dependencies, and contributing recommendations for future platform capabilities in partnership with the Learning Technology Product Manager. You will serve as the day-to-day steward of the GSR learning technology ecosystem by monitoring platform health, coordinating incident response, supporting root-cause analysis, maintaining visibility into operational risks and dependencies, and driving continuous service improvement. You will support learner, program, and operational data flows by translating reporting requirements into technical solutions, improving data quality and reporting usability, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. You will manage day-to-day platform operations, including configuration, integrations, release coordination, change management, troubleshooting, automation, documentation, and lightweight technical enhancements while improving platform maintainability and supporting adoption of new capabilities. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for technology vendors by coordinating issue resolution, managing vendor-delivered enhancements, monitoring service performance, supporting sourcing and renewal decisions, and ensuring alignment with firm technology governance, architecture, and security standards. **Your Qualifications and Skills** - University degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree preferred - 5+ years of experience in technical product management, platform operations, enterprise systems, learning technology, or a closely related field - Experience supporting business-critical SaaS platforms, integrations, and enterprise technology ecosystems - Working knowledge of LMS technologies, APIs, SSO/SAML, CRM/marketing automation integrations, data pipelines, reporting platforms, and cloud-based systems - Experience with platforms such as Docebo, Marketo, AWS, Domo, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, or comparable technologies - Experience managing external vendors and service providers against SLAs, KPIs, roadmaps, budgets, and security/compliance expectations - Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage multiple initiatives, and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment - Product management skills, including requirements gathering, backlog management, roadmap planning, and cross-functional coordination - Strong technical aptitude with experience supporting platform operation
