About Job We are looking for an experienced and driven Program Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. This role requires a strong blend of program management expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and technical understanding of modern SaaS and cloud-based environments. You will play a critical role in driving large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering measurable business impact. Skills & Qualification • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering or a related field • Overall experience of 6 to 12 years, with 2–3 years of hands-on software development experience preferred. • Certifications in Agile methodologies and program management is a plus • Technology savvy and knowledge of SaaS, Cloud technologies, CI/CD Who you are • You love making things happen • You collaborate well with different teams and remove roadblocks • You find the right set of methodologies and tools that brings the best out of the team • You love problem solving and attention to detail Responsibilities • Strategize & implement program initiatives that align to organizational objectives • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned projectmanagers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan,budget, and timing for new initiatives • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multipleprojects within the department • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports formanagement and stakeholders
