SALESFORCE TECHOPS ENGINEER Experience: 7+ Years | Location: Mumbai| Role Overview Manage operational stability, availability, performance, governance and production support of the Salesforce platform. Drive incident resolution, release coordination, user administration, integration monitoring and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • L2 production support for Salesforce applications and integrations. • Monitor platform health, availability and performance. • Troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA and ensure SLA adherence. • Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets and security access. • Configure objects, fields, Flows, reports and dashboards. • Support releases, deployments, change management and post-release validation. • Monitor APIs, batch jobs and integrations; resolve synchronization issues. • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, audit compliance and access reviews. Required Skills • 7+ years IT experience with strong Salesforce Administration & Support background. • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Flow, Reports & Dashboards. • Knowledge of Salesforce security model, data management and platform architecture. • Experience in Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management. • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, OAuth and enterprise integrations. • Familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps, ServiceNow and Salesforce DevOps tools. Preferred Certifications Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder.
