Job description

Technology Manager Java Microservices We are looking for a Technology Manager with 13 to18+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years of engineering leadership to lead GCC engineering teams in delivering scalable, high-quality enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API & Microservices, Kafka/event-driven architecture, and experience with Oracle/MongoDB, SDLC governance, release management, and production support. Experience in leading offshore/vendor teams, driving solution design, code quality, and technical delivery is essential. Exposure to Kubernetes/OpenShift, Jenkins CI/CD, and financial services is highly preferred. Preferred candidate profile Banking and Payments domain
