**Technology Manager Java Microservices** We are looking for a **Technology Manager** with **13 to18+ years of software engineering experience** and **3+ years of engineering leadership** to lead GCC engineering teams in delivering scalable, high-quality enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in **Java, Spring Boot, API & Microservices, Kafka/event-driven architecture**, and experience with **Oracle/MongoDB**, SDLC governance, release management, and production support. Experience in leading offshore/vendor teams, driving solution design, code quality, and technical delivery is essential. Exposure to **Kubernetes/OpenShift, Jenkins CI/CD**, and **financial services** is highly preferred. **Preferred candidate profile** Banking and Payments domain
