Key Responsibilities: • Conduct Outbound & Inbound Sales phone calls and educate them about our insurance products. • Identify Customer Needs • Achieve Sales Targets • Record Keeping Job Location:2nd Floor, 126, Nelson Manickam Road, Collectorate Colony, Aminjikarai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600030. Qualifications: • Minimum qualification 12th Mandatory and diploma also acceptable. Experience: • In tele sales, Minimum 6 months experience preferably in the insurance sector. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner. • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. • Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus. Languages Required: • Tamil,Hindi,Malayalam and Kannada.
