• Tele caller Roles & Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on lead • Explaining payment-related information to customers. • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. • Achieve daily Target and monthly call and collection targets. • Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction at all times. • Type of companies/sector worked for (Private commercial banks and large NBFCs/Fresher) • Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Should be responsible for Receivables for allotted Customers) • Languages (Telugu/English/Local language) • Computer/technical skills (Basic knowledge of MSCIT) If your skills suits our JD, Please share resume to chandan.g@equitasbank.com
