- Tele caller Roles & Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on lead - Explaining payment-related information to customers. - Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. - Achieve daily Target and monthly call and collection targets. - Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction at all times. - Type of companies/sector worked for (Private commercial banks and large NBFCs/Fresher) - Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Should be responsible for Receivables for allotted Customers) - Languages (Telugu/English/Local language) - Computer/technical skills (Basic knowledge of MSCIT) If your skills suits our JD, Please share resume to chandan.g@equitasbank.com
