About the Role We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive to handle customer interactions, understand their requirements, explain NoBroker services, follow up with leads, and assist in converting enquiries into customers. This is a voice-based Work From Home role combining customer servicing and tele-sales. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. • Explain NoBroker’s services and assist customers with their property-related needs. • Build customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups. • Pitch relevant services and work towards successful conversions. • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally. • Maintain accurate call, lead, follow-up, and conversion records in CRM/calling tools. • Coordinate with internal teams whenever required for customer resolution or service delivery. • Meet individual and team performance expectations. Eligibility & Skills • 10th / 12th / Graduate candidates can apply. • Age: 18–30 years. • Should not be pursuing any full-time, part-time, online, or distance-learning course. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • English is mandatory; Hindi preferred. • Strong customer-handling, persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word. • Comfortable using CRM and calling tools. • Should not be currently engaged in real estate business or property brokerage. Work From Home Requirements – Mandatory • Personal laptop/desktop is mandatory. • Stable Wi-Fi/broadband connection with minimum 100 Mbps speed is mandatory. • Must have a quiet and suitable workspace for handling customer calls. • Candidates should be comfortable working independently from home. Work Schedule • 6-day working week. • Saturday and Sunday are working days. • 1 rotational weekly off between Monday and Friday. • Leaves are generally not approved during the first 3 months, except in emergencies. Joining Immediate joiners required. Candidates must be available to join immediately after selection.
