**Key Responsibilities** **Channel & Partner Management** - Recruit and onboard **Partner Offices / Agents** under the Partner Office model - Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive long-term business - Ensure partner activation and continuous engagement **Sales & Business Development** - Drive **life insurance sales** through partner offices and advisors - Achieve monthly/quarterly **premium and policy targets** - Plan and execute local sales campaigns, meetings, and joint calls **Agent Development** - Train and mentor agents on products, sales processes, and compliance - Support partners in recruiting quality advisors - Improve agent productivity and retention **Reporting & Performance Tracking** - Track partner and agent performance metrics - Submit regular MIS, forecasts, and business updates to management
