PFB the details: Industry: FMCG Role: Sales Coordinator Location: Ludhiana **Job Description:** - Sales Reporting & MIS: Prepare and maintain regular Sales MIS reports (weekly, monthly) and track key metrics to ensure alignment with business goals. - Dealer & Customer Schemes: Monitor and track the implementation and performance of dealer and customer schemes, ensuring they are executed as per plan. - Order Processing Monitoring: Oversee and manage the order process activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. - Attendance Management: Maintain and manage the attendance records of the Sales Team, ensuring adherence to company policies. - Market Promotions & Activities: Coordinate promotional activities for the Paints and WP division, including managing promotional materials, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and dealer/customer meets as part of the overall business strategy. - Marketing & Business Plan Coordination: Collaborate with the team to implement marketing development activities in line with the business plan and strategy. - Sales Forecasting Coordination: Work closely with sales zones to assist with accurate sales forecasting and ensure effective alignment. - SFA Updates & Reporting: Regularly update customer and dealer information in the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system, ensuring accuracy and timely report generation. - Inventory Management: Oversee inventory review reports for promotional items and materials across godowns in sales zones. - Support for Exhibitions & Conferences: Provide logistical support for exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events, including managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of promotional items.
