Automation Tester with Playwright Skills Years of Experience: 1-3 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Automation Tester with strong Playwright skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in automation testing, complemented by manual testing capabilities. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright to ensure software quality and performance. • Conduct manual testing to identify bugs and ensure the functionality of applications. • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability. • Analyze test results, document findings, and report issues to the development team. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes. • Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks. • Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automation testing. Mandatory Skills • Strong knowledge and experience in automation testing, specifically with Playwright. • Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and practices. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with other automation tools and frameworks. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies. • Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python. • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation. • Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
