Job Summary To provide chiller related technical support to field. Contribute in line with the various projects associated with Product Development. To ensure resolution of technical calls within agreed time frames. Validate all Visit Books, Oil and Water Sample reports. Publish monthly reports. Carry out site audits on repeat failures and publish a report on Root Cause Analysis. Responsibilities • Contribute in line with the various projects associated with Product Development • To ensure resolution of technical calls within agreed time frames. • Validate all Visit Books, Oil and Water Sample reports. • Publish monthly reports. • Carry out site audits on repeat failures and publish a report on Root Cause Analysis • Support building technical infrastructure: • To enhance the competency of technical staff • To bring in the most modern tools and devices that can enhance performance and increase operational efficiency by reduction of wastes. • To build a knowledge repository comprising of case studies, published papers and non routine technical bulletins • Spare parts standardization and indigenization • Database management • Support Servex related plans as assigned • Provide inputs or build training modules including standard SOPs. • Compliance with the corporate values and beliefs in service • Provide training to inductees and advanced training to groom potential specialists.
