Roles and Responsibilities : • Perform routine maintenance tasks on plastic injection molding tools to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan. • Troubleshoot issues with tooling equipment and implement solutions to minimize downtime. • Collaborate with production team members to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process. • Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment to detect potential problems before they become major issues. Job Requirements : • 4-9 years of experience in plastic injection molding or related field. • Strong knowledge of tool maintenance procedures and best practices. • Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using problem-solving skills. • Experience working as a shift in charge or supervisor in an industrial setting.
