Job Description Training Coordinator Role Purpose The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing training programs across regions. This role ensures seamless communication with stakeholders, timely updates on training progress, and continuous improvement through metrics review and new initiatives. Key Responsibilities - **Training Tracker Monitoring**: Track and update daily training activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness. - **Training Execution Planning**: Develop and manage training schedules, ensuring smooth execution across teams. - **Stakeholder Communication**: Share daily training updates via email and maintain transparent communication. - **Metrics Review**: Conduct monthly reviews of training metrics with stakeholders to assess effectiveness. - **E-Newsletter Publishing**: Prepare and circulate monthly training newsletters to stakeholders. - **Roster Planning**: Design and manage team rosters to optimize resource allocation. - **Cross-Team Coordination**: Collaborate with stakeholders, design teams, and regional training teams for effective program delivery. - **Tracker Oversight**: Ensure all training trackers and activities are closely monitored for compliance and quality. - **Regional Reviews**: Facilitate monthly reviews with regional teams and drive execution of new initiatives.
