## Role Responsibilities - Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new retail hires (Home Consultants, Store Managers). - Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions across locations. - Customize training content based on store maturity, performance gaps, and regional nuances. - Coach store teams through floor observations, role plays, and live selling feedback. - Work closely with Store Managers and Area Managers to identify skill gaps and improvement areas. - Enable teams to convert walk-ins into sales through consultative selling. - Track training effectiveness through post-training assessments, certifications, and performance metrics. - Support improvement in KPIs such as conversion, ATV, productivity, and CSAT. - Maintain training dashboards and regular reporting on coverage and impact. - Partner with Retail Ops, Category, HRBP, and central LD teams to align training priorities. - Support new store launches and expansion through pre-launch and post-launch training. - Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing Pepperfry values and customer-first culture. **Experience?** - 3?6 years of experience in retail training (preferably furniture, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer durable) - Strong exposure to frontline sales training in multi-store retail environments - Experience in onboarding large batches and scaling training programs Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
