- Key Result Areas: **Key Result Areas** Supporting Actions Training Needs Analysis Partner with sales leaders to identify capability gaps and development priorities. Translate business objectives into structured learning interventions. Prioritise training initiatives based on strategic and operational needs. Program Design & Content Development Develop and customise sales training modules, learning journeys, and certification programs. Create content covering products, selling skills, customer engagement, compliance, and process updates. Ensure training materials remain current, relevant, and aligned with business needs. Training Delivery & Facilitation Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs. Deliver induction, refresher, and advanced capability-building interventions. Facilitate high-impact learning experiences that drive participation and retention. Sales Capability Enhancement Strengthen core sales competencies, objection handling, negotiation, and relationship management. Support productivity improvement and conversion enhancement initiatives. Enable sales teams to effectively position products and solutions. Assessment, Certification & Effectiveness Conduct knowledge assessments, certifications, and post-training evaluations. Track learning effectiveness and business impact through defined metrics. Implement reinforcement mechanisms to drive application on the job. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product, Compliance, and HR teams. Ensure alignment between learning priorities and business expectations. Provide regular updates on training coverage, outcomes, and effectiveness. Learning Operations & Continuous Improvement Maintain training calendars, records, and governance standards. Leverage digital learning platforms and innovative learning methodologies. Continuously enhance learning solutions based on feedback and performance data
