Lead – Learning & Development (Technical Training) • Experience in Learning & Development or Training. • Experience in the Sports Retail sector. • Knowledge of technical, product or sports category training. • Experience in Train the Trainer (TTT) programs. • Experience in training assessment and certification. • Ability to conduct store visits and support team capability development. Lead – Learning & Development (Behavioural Excellence) • Experience in Learning & Development or Training. • Experience in the Sports Retail sector. • Experience in customer service, customer experience or selling skills training. • Experience in behavioural and leadership training. • Experience in Train the Trainer (TTT) programs. • Ability to conduct store visits and support frontline team development. Visual Merchandising Lead • Experience in Visual Merchandising. • Experience in the Sports Retail sector. • Experience in store presentation and Visual Merchandising execution. • Knowledge of VM standards and seasonal campaigns. • Experience in VM training and capability development. • Ability to conduct store visits and monitor VM execution. Common Requirements • Relevant experience in the respective function. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Strong team coordination and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work with retail/store teams. • Willingness to travel to stores as required for the role. Pay: ₹79,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
