Transport Executive

Job description

The Transport Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day employee transportation operations, ensuring timely and efficient transport services while maintaining high service standards. The role includes coordinating with transport vendors and drivers, preparing transport rosters and route plans, monitoring vehicle deployment and trip schedules, addressing employee transport-related queries and escalations, maintaining MIS and operational reports, verifying transport invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements. The incumbent should have hands-on experience working with Employee Transport Management Systems (ETMS) such as MoveInSync, Safetrax, TrackoBit, LocoNav, or similar transport management platforms, along with good proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and operational analysis.
