Job Description Project Lead/Head • Qualification – B-tech Civil / PGDCM / RICS • Experience in years – 18-25 yrs • Criteria – Very Good in communication, must have done Hotel Project preferably 5 stars, good command in Scheduling • Location – Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Manager Project Planner : • Experience in years – 10-14 yrs • Criteria – Very Good in communication, must have done Hotel Project preferably 5 stars, Scheduling in MSP up to L4 level, Reporting skills (MIS, Dashboard updates) • Location – Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Qualifications Qualification – B-tech Civil / NICMAR/ SPA/ RICS
