Job Purpose This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Duties and Responsibilities • Managing day to day business support activities. • Products to be handled Primarily Fixed Deposits Insurance • Manage cost and revenue for the business along with all sub channels. • To analyse business support needs identify solutions. • Drive analysis led solutions for the business needs. • Ensure quality and accuracy of the data, policies processes around the business. • It would be an individual contributor role Required Qualifications and Experience • MBA/PGDM or Equivalent • 3 to 5 years of experience • Preferred from BFSI / Financial sector • Should have experience in handling HNI relationships and worked at direct to customer role • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills • Well versed in MS Office(Word, Excel Powerpoint)
