**Role Objective** - **Accountable for all the retail products from health, property to motor.** - **Achieving assigned PMS through a team of field officers (in selective regions) and through the various verticals assigned by the BM.** - **Responsible for achieving product-wise volume and value targets in the assigned area.** - **Accountable for maintaining sound relationships with the channel partners.** - **Cultivating amicable relationship with dealers, agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries, direct customers (for CE) as per journey plan.** - **Responsible for providing after sales service to the customers.** **Skills Required** - **Relationship Management** - **Sales Experience with product knowledge** - **Stakeholder Management** - **GI industry knowledge** **Competencies Required:** - **Problem Solving** - **Collaborating & Result Oriented**
