Job Responsibilities • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Take customer orders accurately and process billing/POS transactions. • Serve food and beverages as per company standards. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and dining area. • Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service. • Follow food safety and quality standards. • Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order delivery. Eligibility • Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate. • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. • Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English will be an added advantage. • Customer-focused with a positive attitude. • Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Must be comfortable working at the Airport location.
