Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a portfolio of used car loans from origination to disbursement, ensuring timely processing and collection. • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research to expand the customer base. • Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, credit risk assessment, and operations to resolve issues related to loan applications. • Maintain accurate records of loan transactions, customer interactions, and performance metrics. Job Requirements : • 0-6 years of experience in vehicle finance or banking industry. • Strong understanding of used car loan products, including financing options and repayment terms. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
