Job description
1. Preparation, execution and review of URS, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, ASV & CSV documents of new Facility & equipment. 2. Preparation and execution of the requalification protocols of equipment & utilities like HVAC, Water System, Compressed Air. 3. Compliance of Change control/ Deviation/CAPA/Investigation. 4. Qualification of Facility, Systems and Equipment of any new installations and modification. 5. To prepare and review SOP, Risk assessment.
