The Vice President – Technology Presales, Client Solutioning, Transitioning and Service Delivery is a business-facing technology leadership role accountable for enabling revenue growth, seamless client transitions, and high-quality service delivery across industries and international geographies. This leader partners with Sales, Front-End teams, business units, clients, and providers to shape differentiated technology solutions, respond to RFPs, support due diligence and contracting, and drive delivery excellence across Data & AI, Cloud, Digital Workplace, Contact Center, Network and broader enterprise technology services. The role requires strong technical depth, commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and an innovation-led mindset to deliver measurable outcomes in business growth, client experience, operational reliability, compliance, cost efficiency, and service quality.
