Role & responsibilities V+ Developer + Trams Qualification / Requirement • 4 6 years core development and support experience in Vision*PLUS* product in credit card processing domain • Execute medium to complex projects as lead and individual contributor as per the project need. • Strong hands-on working knowledge in one or more VisionPLUS modules viz. CMS, FAS, TRAMS, ISO 8583, Keys • Strong TRAMS domain knowledge • Strong knowledge on VisionPlus Batch and Online architecture. • Should be experienced in z/OS Software Change Management tools – Endevor and Changeman • Understand the Business requirements and help to solutionize custom application features and functions for Cards • Collaborate with Architects, Solution Analysts, Subject Matter Experts from various teams to drive the right solution and outcome. • Create estimates for medium to large size projects. • Design, Code, Test, Debug, and Record COBOL programs in CICS/VSAM/JCL environment • Follow standards and controls to ensure quality of outcome • Conduct peer review for design/code/Unit test results • Create deployment strategy for 24x7 Cards system. • Support production deployment and post deployment activities • Should have strong knowledge of VisionPLUS online architecture and troubleshooting experience in online area. • Perform application support as necessary • Participate in periodic On Call – Rota basis for Production Support. • Participate and drive the Crisis Calls for production incidents • Identify and work on system performance improvement, resiliency • Mentor junior developers in the team • Stakeholder (both internal and external) management • Good knowledge and experience of DevOps & Agile discipline • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
