We are hiring for Visitor Experience Lead || HITEC City, Hyderabad About the Role The Lead – Visitor Experience will own the strategy, planning, and execution of all client and prospect visits. This role will drive process excellence, stakeholder alignment, and brand representation while leading a small team and ensuring measurable business impact from every visit. Responsibilities • Lead the VX team and own the end-to-end client visit strategy and execution framework • Develop structured visit playbooks and standard operating procedures • Manage and mentor the Senior Executive and team members • Partner with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, CXOs, and other stakeholders to design high-impact visit agendas • Ensure alignment between visit objectives and business outcomes • Drive quality control across all collaterals, branding, and experience elements • Present visit impact reports and insights to leadership • Identify opportunities to enhance visitor engagement and convert visits into stronger business relationships • Bring process maturity, scalability, and measurable performance metrics into the function • Act as the escalation point for high-visibility or strategic visits Qualifications • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence • Strong leadership and team mentoring capability • Strategic thinking with operational execution strength • Advanced communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical and reporting skills with data-driven decision-making ability • Ability to manage multiple high-priority engagements simultaneously • Ownership mindset with strong accountability • High adaptability and ability to work across time zones Notice Period: Immediate/quick joiners are preferred Work mode: 5 Days work from office
