**Job Title:** AR Analyst - Trainee Grade **Grade:** H2 **Job Category:** Trainee **Function/Department:** Operations **Reporting to:** Team Leader **Role Description:** An Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst is a finance professional responsible for managing incoming payments, tracking customer balances, and ensuring a company gets paid accurately and on time. **Role & responsibilities** - Assist in preparing and sending invoices to customers - Track incoming payments and update records - Support follow-ups on pending or overdue payments - Help reconcile accounts and resolve basic discrepancies - Maintain accurate financial data in spreadsheets or accounting systems - Assist in preparing AR reports and documentation - Work with internal teams to resolve billing-related queries **Preferred candidate profile** - Preferred educational qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, etc.) - Preferred work experience: Fresher/Experienced **Disclaimer:** Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
