Job Title: AR Analyst - Trainee Grade Grade: H2 Job Category: Trainee Function/Department: Operations Reporting to: Team Leader Role Description: An Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst is a finance professional responsible for managing incoming payments, tracking customer balances, and ensuring a company gets paid accurately and on time. Role & responsibilities • Assist in preparing and sending invoices to customers • Track incoming payments and update records • Support follow-ups on pending or overdue payments • Help reconcile accounts and resolve basic discrepancies • Maintain accurate financial data in spreadsheets or accounting systems • Assist in preparing AR reports and documentation • Work with internal teams to resolve billing-related queries Preferred candidate profile • Preferred educational qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, etc.) • Preferred work experience: Fresher/Experienced Disclaimer: Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
