Job description

Role & responsibilities • Monitor and take charge of all the Operation & Service-related activities of the branch that directly indirectly impacts overall operations and customer service • Conduct monitoring on operational activity, attestation of branch processes, ensure no adverse audit observation, timely response to key deliverables etc. • Accountable to address pendency in terms of day-to-day Operations and Service-related transactions • Responsible for performance delivery of branch service team on their Key Performance indicators related to cross sell / sales through service at the branch. • Ensure expected FTR & TAT is adhered at all the time. • Ensure regular training to branch team is done. Daily & monthly verification is duly done on key operations parameters. Preferred candidate profile • Graduates with currently working as Branch Operations Manager in a leading bank. • Should have Min 5+ Years vintage as Branch Operations Manager in a bank.
