Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Monitor and take charge of all the Operation & Service-related activities of the branch that directly indirectly impacts overall operations and customer service - Conduct monitoring on operational activity, attestation of branch processes, ensure no adverse audit observation, timely response to key deliverables etc. - Accountable to address pendency in terms of day-to-day Operations and Service-related transactions - Responsible for performance delivery of branch service team on their Key Performance indicators related to cross sell / sales through service at the branch. - Ensure expected FTR & TAT is adhered at all the time. - Ensure regular training to branch team is done. Daily & monthly verification is duly done on key operations parameters. **Preferred candidate profile** - Graduates with currently working as Branch Operations Manager in a leading bank. - Should have Min 5+ Years vintage as Branch Operations Manager in a bank.
