**Role & responsibilities** **Job Description Customer Relationship Manager- (Ready mix concrete)** **1. Position Details** - **Business:** Cement HO - **Unit:** — RMC - **Function:** Sales & Marketing - **Department:** Marketing **Key Result Areas (KRA) & Accountabilities** **1. Business Development** - Identify and prioritize market opportunities. - Develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients. - Gather competitor insights (pricing, discounts, market trends). **2. Customer Management** - Visit project sites regularly. - Build relationships with site engineers, project managers, and influencers. - Ensure smooth execution and coordination. **3. Industry Analysis** - Conduct market analysis of the assigned territory. - Track competition and assess market position. **4. Order Planning & Execution** - Coordinate with CSD for new customer creation in SAP. - Ensure correct customer data entry before dispatch. **5. Receivables Management** - Monitor outstanding payments and collections. - Handle defaulter cases and cheque bounce issues. - Ensure timely invoicing and documentation. - Track daily sales and collection performance. **6. Pricing & Sales Closure** - Close deals within approved pricing guidelines and achieve sales Achieve sales and revenue targets as per KPIs **Preferred candidate profile** Any graduation Tamil Language mandatory Filed marketing, B2B sales and Direct sales exp required Who can attend face to face interview AUG-3rd-2026
