Walk-In Interview Details Date: 4th July 2026 (Saturday) Time: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM Venue: Aster Experience Center UL Cyberpark, B1/Lower Ground Floor, Nellikode (P.O), Kozhikode – 673016 Open Positions • Senior Associate – Contact Center • Executive – Contact Center Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service. • Schedule appointments and support patient queries. • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. • Maintain accurate records in the system. • Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and service standards. Eligibility Criteria • Graduate in any discipline. • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage). • Customer service or contact center experience preferred. • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a six-day work week.
