**Role & responsibilities** To manage all the escalation for health insurance claims To revert on the calls and emails regarding the Health Claims Queries Provide accurate information regarding claims status ,policy details ,and procedure Ensure quick resolution of customer issues while maintaining service quality **Preferred candidate profile** Minimum 1 year of experience customer support or similar role Strong communication in english and problem-solving skills Ability to handle customer complaints and escalations efficiently
