Job Title: Talent Executive Location: Bangalore, India We are looking for a proactive and skilled Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Gurugram. In this role, youll manage the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing, screening, and onboardingto ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract top talent. Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment • Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking. • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability. • Build relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements. • Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on hiring metrics. Requirements: • Bachelors degree in HR or related field. • 3+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in bulk hiring. • Strong communication and organizational skills • Good with email writing • Possess knowledge in MS Excel.
