**Job Title:** Talent Executive **Location:** Bangalore, India We are looking for a proactive and skilled Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Gurugram. In this role, youll manage the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing, screening, and onboardingto ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract top talent. **Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end recruitment - Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking. - Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability. - Build relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements. - Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on hiring metrics. **Requirements:** - Bachelors degree in HR or related field. - 3+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in bulk hiring. - Strong communication and organizational skills - Good with email writing - Possess knowledge in MS Excel. **Perks:** - PF & Health Insurance - Career Growth - Rewards & Recognition
