**Walk-in Drive CREM Gold** **Job Role:** Customer Relationship Executive Manager (CREM) Gold **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsible for Gold Loan sales. - Should have basic knowledge of gold jewellery and coordinate with the Gold Appraiser. - Field-based sales role involving customer acquisition in the local market. - Conduct cold calling and field visits to generate new customer leads. - Lead generation and conversion of prospects into customers. - Achieve monthly sales targets. - Perform KYC verification and ensure proper documentation. - **Two-wheeler is not mandatory.** **Eligibility Criteria** - **Role:** CREM Gold - **CTC:** Up to **3.50 LPA along with High Incentive** - **Education:** Graduation - **Age:** Up to **36 years** - **Interview Time:** **11:00 AM 3:00 PM** **Walk-in Drive Venues** **Barrackpore Branch** Jana Small Finance Bank Ltd.
