1.MEPF Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems within Residential projects, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. 2.Design Review: Review MEPF design drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, and industry standards. 3.Execution Oversight: Supervise the execution of MEPF installations on-site, collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules. 4.Coordination Meetings: Conduct regular coordination meetings with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to discuss MEPF progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals. 5.Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance procedures for MEPF works, including inspections, tests, and commissioning activities, to verify compliance with design standards and specifications. 6.Factory Inspections: Keep track of long lead items & coordination with the vendors for timely delivery of products along with factory inspections 7.Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of MEPF activities, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence, to support project progress tracking and compliance requirements. 8.Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to MEPF installations, implementing measures to mitigate risks and promote a safe working environment. Requirements: 1.Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Relevant certifications or training in MEPF systems & project management cert. preferred. 2.Proven experience in MEPF coordination and execution for industrial projects, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
