Job Title: Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant (AP, FA, GL) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant with expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), and General Ledger (GL) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials solutions while working closely with business and finance stakeholders to optimize financial processes. Key Responsibilities • Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, enhancement, and support projects. • Gather business requirements and design end-to-end financial process solutions. • Configure and support Oracle Cloud Financials modules: • General Ledger (GL) • Accounts Payable (AP) • Fixed Assets (FA) • Perform Chart of Accounts (COA), Ledger, Legal Entity, Business Unit, and Financial Reporting setup. • Configure AP invoice processing, supplier management, payment processing, and expense management. • Configure Fixed Asset lifecycle processes including asset additions, transfers, depreciation, retirements, and adjustments. • Support period-end and year-end financial closing activities. • Analyze and resolve production support issues. • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and test scripts. • Conduct SIT, UAT, and deployment activities. • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and conversions. • Provide user training and knowledge transfer sessions. Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. • Deep functional expertise in: • Accounts Payable (AP) • Fixed Assets (FA) • General Ledger (GL) • Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation and support projects. • Knowledge of: • Financial Accounting • Procure-to-Pay (P2P) • Record-to-Report (R2R) • Fixed Asset Management • Experience in Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), OTBI, and BI Publisher. • Strong understanding of: • Chart of Accounts • Ledgers • Subledger Accounting (SLA) • Accounting Hub • Intercompany Accounting • Experience with data migration using FBDI and ADFDI. • Knowledge of integration with Procurement, Expenses, Projects, and Tax modules. • Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with additional Oracle Financial modules such as: • Accounts Receivable (AR) • Cash Management (CM) • Tax • Expenses • Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud security and workflows. • Experience in multi-entity and global financial implementations. • Oracle Cloud certification in Financials.
