**Job Title:** RTR Analyst. **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced RTR professional to manage end-to-end Record-to-Report activities, including general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, process ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and execute **end-to-end RTR processes** - Lead **month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities** - Prepare, review, and post **journal entries** (accruals, prepayments, provisions) - Perform **general ledger (GL) accounting and balance sheet reconciliations** - Analyze **P&L and balance sheet variances** and provide insights - Handle **intercompany transactions and reconciliations** - Ensure compliance with **accounting standards** - Prepare **financial statements and management reports** - Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B. Com, M. Com, MBA Finance) - 1 year of experience in RTR. **Required Skills:** - Strong expertise in **RTR cycle and financial close process** - Hands-on experience with **ERP systems** (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) - Advanced knowledge of **MS Excel** (Pivot Tables, Lookups, basic automation) - Experience in **reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Location:** Chennai, Ambattur. **Shift:** (6:30PM to 3:30AM) **Employment Type:** Full-time **Interested Candidates can come for a walk-in interview on 22nd July.** **Contact Person (Akshaya HR - 8925770159).** **Mention (Akshaya HR) at top of your Resume!!** **Immediate Joiner "Only"**
