Job Title: RTR Analyst. US Accounting Experience Mandatory!!! Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced RTR professional to manage end-to-end Record-to-Report activities, including general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, process ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and execute end-to-end RTR processes • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities • Prepare, review, and post journal entries (accruals, prepayments, provisions) • Perform general ledger (GL) accounting and balance sheet reconciliations • Analyze P&L and balance sheet variances and provide insights • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations • Ensure compliance with accounting standards • Prepare financial statements and management reports • Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelors/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B. Com, M. Com, MBA Finance) • 1 year of experience in RTR. Required Skills: • Strong expertise in RTR cycle and financial close process • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, basic automation) • Experience in reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
