**Location -** ADP Boulevard, One West Building, Survey No:88/AA and 88/E, Nanakramguda Village, Serilingamapally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District Hyderabad, Telengana - 500008 **Dates: July 10th, Friday** **Time:** 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM **Job Description- (3-10 years of experienc** e) - Lead multiple teams within DAD Organization and other teams - Ability to develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed on schedule - **Provide support and guidance to Sales on best practices for deal management and contract structuring** - Shepherd and project manage deals through the sales cycle and internal approval process in collaboration with the appropriate cross-functional teams - Identify and document deal making policies in support of the contracting process - Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert on deal policies including contract terms, fallbacks, product configurations and business terms **Required Skills** - **Need 3-10 years of experience** - **Should be fine with US shift** - Ability to contribute in multiple projects simultaneously with deadlines and Work independently and proactively drive issues to resolution - Excellent understanding of visualization techniques - Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills - Critical Thinking: Data story telling must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings - **Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)** - Strong motivational, organizational & time management skills - Flexible, adaptive & proactive - Ability to work in alignment with the implementation/operations/service and Product/GPT teams - Strong Excel, Sales Enablement Tools (Salesforce CRM, GONG, Seismic, etc.), MSWord and PowerPoint skills
